About SILVME

SILVME is a growing 925 sterling silver jewellery brand selling through Amazon, Flipkart and its Shopify website.

We are hiring an E-commerce Product Listing Intern to create, upload, review and optimise product listings across our online sales channels. This role is focused exclusively on product listing and catalogue management.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update product listings on Amazon, Flipkart and Shopify.
• Write clear and accurate product titles, bullet points and descriptions.
• Enter product specifications, including category, design, colour, finish, size, weight, dimensions and packaging details.
• Conduct relevant keyword research for product listings.
• Add keywords naturally to product titles, descriptions and backend search fields.
• Upload product images in the correct order and format.
• Create and manage product variations where required.
• Work with Amazon and Flipkart bulk-listing Excel templates.
• Add Shopify meta titles, meta descriptions, tags, collections and image alt text.
• Check listings for missing information, incorrect attributes, duplicate content and formatting issues.
• Identify and help resolve suppressed listings, upload errors and catalogue-quality problems.
• Compare product information across Amazon, Flipkart and Shopify to maintain consistency.
• Review competitor listings to identify relevant content and keyword opportunities.
• Maintain organised product data, SKUs and listing-progress records in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Prepare regular reports covering completed, pending and corrected listings.
• Follow marketplace guidelines and SILVME's product-content standards.
• Ensure that no unverified or unsupported claims are added to listings.

Required Skills

• Good written English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce product listings.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to research keywords and competitor listings.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive product data accurately.
• Willingness to learn marketplace listing requirements.
• Ability to take responsibility and complete assigned work within deadlines.

Previous professional experience is not mandatory. Applicants may share academic projects, freelance work, sample product listings or personal e-commerce experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Students, graduates or postgraduates in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, English, Management or a related field may apply.

Candidates from other educational backgrounds may also apply if they have suitable listing, writing, research or data-management skills.

Compensation Disclosure

Depending on the candidate's skills, experience and the internship track offered, the position may be:

• Paid: Stipend of up to ₹3,000 per month; or
• Unpaid: Includes structured practical training, mentorship and an internship certificate.

The applicable compensation structure will be clearly disclosed in writing before the candidate accepts the internship. Applicants will not be charged any application, training or joining fee.
