E Commerce Lead

Go-Earnest(https://www.goearnest.com/), an exciting new venture backed by the expert team at Nuflower Foods & Nutrition, is seeking a data-driven leader to scale our digital footprint. You will take full ownership of end-to-end growth across both Quick-Commerce and traditional E-Commerce platforms to build a high-performing online business.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce & Q-Com Operations: End-to-end account management across platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), covering everything from product listings to account health and stock visibility.

Performance Marketing & Ad Spend: Strategize, execute, and scale high-ROI campaigns on Meta & Google Ads. Govern ad budgets to drive low CAC and strong ROAS.

Business & Financial Governance: Own P&L, bottom-line growth, profitability metrics, trade spend governance, and commercial reconciliations.

Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing digital unit, initially anchored by a Senior Key Account Manager (KAM) for operational execution.

Who We Are Looking For:

Experience: Proven track record in managing E-Commerce/Q-Commerce accounts and running performance marketing campaigns for FMCG/D2C brands.

Skillset: Strong analytical acumen, proficiency in platform-native ad tools (Amazon Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads), and hands-on P&L experience.

Mindset: Strategic thinker with an execution-first approach to building a brand from the ground up.
