Position: E-Commerce & Inventory Operations Executive

Department: Sales Operations / E-Commerce / Inventory

Location: Delhi NCR

Reporting To: Operations / Sales Head

Role Summary:

We are looking for an E-Commerce & Inventory Operations Executive to manage end-to-end order processing, inventory coordination, and dispatch operations across online orders, offline orders, retail orders, distributor orders, and bulk/B2B orders.

The candidate should have sound knowledge of retail inventory software / ERP systems, stock management, distributor operations, invoicing coordination, logistics, and shipment tracking.

Preferred Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce, retail operations, inventory management, distributor operations, or order fulfilment.
• Experience in organisations having a combination of online sales, offline sales, distributors, retail stores, and B2B/bulk business will be preferred.
• Experience handling large SKU portfolios and high-volume bulk orders will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related discipline.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organised, and process-oriented, capable of managing an order from receipt to delivery irrespective of whether it originates from an online customer, retail store, sales executive, distributor or bulk institutional buyer.

The individual should also ensure that every order, dispatch, return, and stock transfer is accurately reflected in the inventory system.
