About the role:

We are looking for an E-commerce Growth Manager to lead and grow online sales of our OTC range. You will build our presence across e-commerce marketplaces, our own website, quick commerce and B2B platforms, and help us take new brands to market.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive sales, margins and growth across e-commerce marketplaces where our brands are listed
• Build our own website into a strong sales channel through traffic, conversion and repeat purchase
• Plan and run performance marketing campaigns across marketplaces, Google and Meta, with clear ROAS and cost per acquisition targets
• Launch and scale the brand on quick commerce platforms
• Identify and launch on new e-commerce and B2B e-commerce platforms
• Spot market opportunities and lead the online launch of new brands and products
• Manage listings, pricing, content and ratings to improve visibility and conversion
• Own the e-commerce P&L and share regular performance reports with management
• Work closely with marketing, supply chain and regulatory teams, and build a small team over time

What we are looking for

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience growing a brand's sales online
• Strong performance marketing skills, with hands-on experience in marketplace ads, Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience across marketplaces, D2C websites and quick commerce; exposure to B2B e-commerce
• A track record of identifying opportunities and launching new brands or products
• Clear communicator and a strong team player

Good to have

• Experience in OTC, pharma, FMCG, personal care or wellness
