E-commerce Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support our online business operations. The intern will be responsible for product listing management across multiple e-commerce platforms, order processing, inventory tracking, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Listing Management

• Create, upload, and manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
• Update product information, images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory details.
• Ensure listings comply with platform guidelines and maintain listing quality.
• Monitor listing performance and identify issues affecting product visibility. Order Management
• Process customer orders received through different e-commerce channels.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Track order status from placement to delivery.
• Handle order-related issues, cancellations, returns, and exchanges. Inventory Management
• Monitor stock levels across all marketplaces and the company website.
• Update inventory regularly to prevent overselling or stockouts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare stock reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to replenish inventory when required. Marketplace Operations
• Assist in managing seller accounts and marketplace dashboards.
• Generate and maintain reports related to sales, inventory, and order performance.
• Support promotional campaigns, pricing updates, and catalog management.
• Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements. Requirements
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Commerce, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of product catalog management and inventory control.
