E Commerce Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on Amazon,
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and search keywords.
• Monitor product pricing, stock availability, suppressed listings, and inactive ASINs/SKUs.
• Manage FBA, Seller Flex, and other marketplace fulfilment operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order processing and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock availability across marketplaces.
• Track sales, returns, cancellations, and other key performance metrics.
• Handle customer queries, product-related complaints, and marketplace account health issues.
• Raise and follow up on seller support cases to resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with advertising and catalog teams to improve product visibility and sales.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational guidelines.
