2. Key Responsibilities

• Marketplace Operations.
• Order Processing and Dispatch Coordination
• Inventory Management
• Amazon FBA Operations
• Returns and Claims Management
• Daily Reports and MIS

3. Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with a marketplace seller.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central; experience with Flipkart and Meesho is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of order processing, dispatch SLAs, inventory management, returns, and FBA operations.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets, including filters, sorting, basic formulas, and lookup functions.
• Experience using an OMS or inventory management software is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
