Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations and ensure smooth day-to-day handling of products, orders, and customer support. The candidate should have experience working with platforms like Amazon and other online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle online marketplaces such as Etsy, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms
• Create and manage product listings with accurate information and updates
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management
• Handle customer queries, messages, and order-related issues professionally
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely support
• Keep marketplace accounts updated with pricing, product details, and policies
• Track marketplace performance and maintain smooth order processing
• Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch, stock availability, and updates
• Stay updated with marketplace trends, policy changes, and platform updates

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or marketplace handling.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of product listing and inventory management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer and Excel knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and marketplace support teams.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress and website management will be a plus.

Education

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, or similar online platforms.
