E Commerce Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain business partnerships and manage a diverse service environment and the operations for good service.
• Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit. Etc) and D2C website.
• Implement and monitor the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over all digital platforms.
• Coordinate order processing, on time delivery of stock, returns of customer orders, Payment receivables and deliverables whereas ensure the fulfillment of the services.
• Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders on the execution of listing, marketing, operations, payments and other e-commerce activities.
• Identify strategic business partnerships, and Implement new business collaboration plans.
• Evaluating legal documents, legal disclaimers and website content to ensure that they are compliant, error-free and on-brand.
• Reviewing stock levels and sales data to maintain a stable supply and demand status.
• Ensuring that the company achieves its targeted annual revenue and within prescribed operating expenses.
• Analysing and providing reports on a weekly & monthly basis for each department, products or offers.
• Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights. And able to handle large data utilizing MS Office software (Excel, Powerpoint, Word..etc).
• To have strong communication skills in English (Written & Spoken).
