E Commerce Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the ecommerce business, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues related to product availability, pricing, and quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through effective marketing campaigns.
• Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for improvement in website design and user experience.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in an ecommerce industry or similar field (BPO).
• Strong knowledge of international BPO processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for handling international voice process calls.
