E Commerce Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage international orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping carriers, and customs brokers for smooth logistics operations.
• Process returns, exchanges, and cancellations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including order status updates and communication with customers.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in an ecommerce environment or related field (e.g. international BPO).
• Strong knowledge of international voice process services and logistics operations.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
