E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS

Product & garment shoot coordination
Product photo management & editing coordination
Product listing using AI Tools – ChatGPT & Claude
Website management – Shopify, GoKwik, Easebuzz, KwikChat & Delhivery
Daily inventory & stock updates
Order management – COD / Prepaid / Returns / Billing
Order picking, packing & store coordination
Customer order fulfilment through Calling & WhatsApp

MARKETING & CREATIVE

Create engaging WhatsApp & Digital Marketing Content
Coordinate photo & video shoots for campaigns
Support creative requirements for promotional activities

PRINTING & VOUCHERS

Manage vouchers for:

• Offers & Cashback
• Gifting
• Navratri
• Special Events & Campaigns

Coordinate printing and ensure final quality checking

EVENTS & GIFTING

Support New Store Launches & Events
Manage event gifting & coordination
Handle Diwali Gifting Activities
Coordinate with stores, vendors & internal teams

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Strong communication & coordination skills
Good knowledge of E-Commerce Operations
Familiarity with Shopify / Digital Platforms
Good command of MS Excel & Google Sheets
Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT & Claude
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks & deadlines
Experience in Fashion / Retail / E-Commerce will be an advantage
