Role & responsibilities

Catalog & Inventory Management

• Product Uploads: List new items on the website accurately.
• Content Management: Update product details, prices, and images.
• Stock Tracking: Monitor and update daily product quantities online.
• Inventory Control: Prevent stockouts and track storage levels.

Order Logistics & Fulfillment

• Order Tracking: Update shipping and tracking details for clients.
• Logistics Coordination: Ensure timely shipping updates on the portal.
• Status Updates: Notify clients regarding delivery timelines.

Sales Analysis & Reporting

• Sales Monitoring: Keep a continuous overview of website sales.
• Performance Tracking: Measure customer response to specific products.
• Data Reporting: Share weekly sales and stock feedback with management.
