E-Commerce Executive (Skincare brand/ Q-Com)

About the role:

• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa and Q-Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.

• Ensure accurate product listing, catalog updates, A+ content coordination, and attribute corrections.

• Monitor listing health, suppression issues, and catalog errors and resolve them with platform

support.

• Execute platform deals, sale events, and promotional campaigns.

• Manage price updates, coupons, offers, bundles, and promotional participation.

• Coordinate with internal teams for content, creatives, and campaign execution.

• Track inventory levels, stock availability, and replenishment planning to avoid stock-outs.

• Monitor order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer issues.

• Ensure smooth coordination with warehouse/logistics teams for dispatch and fulfillment.

• Track daily sales performance, traffic, conversion rate, and buy box performance.

• Maintain daily and weekly marketplace dashboards for channel performance.

• Monitor competitor activity including pricing, deals, and category trends.

Good to have:

• Hands-on experience with marketplace seller panels and catalog operations.

• Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, inventory management, and listing health.

• Good knowledge of Excel and performance reporting.

• Ability to manage multiple marketplace channels simultaneously.

• Experience working with D2C brands in beauty, skincare, wellness, or FMCG categories.

• Exposure to marketplace sale events like BBD, Prime Day, EORS, etc.

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management
