E-Commerce Developer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Developer to design, build, and maintain robust e-commerce web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for both frontend user experience and backend logic, ensuring seamless third-party integrations (payment gateways, logistics, ERPs) and optimizing site performance for maximum speed and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Development: Develop, customize, and maintain e-commerce storefronts using platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Custom Coding: Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• API Integrations: Integrate secure third-party applications, including Payment Gateways, Shipping/Logistics APIs, CRMs, and inventory management software.
• UI/UX Optimization: Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, high-performing frontend web pages.
• Performance & Security: Optimize websites for loading speed, mobile responsiveness, and strict security compliance (SSL, PCI-DSS).
• Troubleshooting: Debug code bugs, fix layout issues, and resolve transactional blockages quickly.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional web development experience specifically focused on e-commerce platforms.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong command over Liquid (for Shopify), PHP (for Magento/WooCommerce), or Node.js.
• Expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and modern CSS frameworks.
• Proficiency in database management using MySQL or MongoDB.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git and cloud hosting platforms like AWS.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.E. / B.Tech / MCA).
