Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow Miniklub's online business, mainly in international markets such as the UK and USA.

The role involves finding new business opportunities, opening new online sales channels, building partnerships, and growing revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities in the UK, USA, and other international markets.

Explore and open new sales channels through online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and retail partners.

Build relationships with marketplace teams and potential business partners to expand Miniklub's online presence.

Develop plans to increase online sales and revenue across marketplaces and the company's own website.

Research market trends, competitors, customer demand, and pricing to identify growth opportunities.

Work on product selection, pricing, promotions, and commercial terms to improve sales and profitability.

Prepare business plans, sales forecasts, and revenue targets for new and existing channels

Track sales, margins, and business performance, and take action to achieve targets.

Work closely with marketing, merchandising, sourcing, supply chain, and e-commerce teams to launch and grow online channels.

Explore opportunities to expand Miniklub into new markets and build a strong online business.

Required Skills and Experience

5–8 years of experience in business development, e-commerce, online sales, or a similar role.

Experience in developing new business opportunities and growing online sales.

Good understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and D2C business models.

Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target+, Shopify, or similar platforms is preferred

Understanding of sales planning, pricing, margins, and profitability.

Good negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel.

Ability to work independently, take ownership, and achieve business targets.

Preferred Experience

Experience in international markets, especially the UK or USA.

Experience in marketplace expansion, online retail partnerships, or launching new sales channels.

Experience in kidswear, baby products, fashion, apparel, or consumer goods.
