Key Responsibilities:

• Catalog management and daily order processing for all platforms through UniCommerce
• Managing listings for e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa Fashions)
• Order management & liaising with third-party logistics partners for delays
• Keeping a track and processing RTOs & RTVs
• Offering relevant customer support on platforms and keeping a track of product reviews

Desired Skills / Competencies: 

• Graduate / Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 1 – 2 years of hands-on marketplace management experience
• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa
• Familiarity with Seller/Vendor Central dashboards
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
•  High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
•  Basic understanding of marketplace algorithms and listing SEO

Work Timings:

• Monday - Friday (10am - 7pm)
• Order processing on Saturday morning
