E-Commerce Account Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for an E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our online marketplace and website accounts. The candidate will be responsible for daily account operations, product listings, order management, sales performance, and coordination with internal teams and marketplace partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage e-commerce accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, IndiaMART, Alibaba, and Shopify.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
• Monitor daily orders, sales, returns, cancellations, and account performance.
• Ensure products remain active, correctly categorized, and available for sale.
• Track marketplace offers, promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
• Monitor competitor pricing and product listings.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, customer support, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
• Resolve marketplace-related issues, including listing errors, account issues, returns, and payment discrepancies.
• Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, visibility, conversion, and overall marketplace performance.
• Maintain proper records of marketplace activities and performance.

Required Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce account management or marketplace operations.
• Good knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho
• Good understanding of product listing and catalog management.
• Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or online sales operations.
