Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage our online sales operations for mosquito nets and related products through Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho seller accounts.
2. Upload new products, update product listings, images, titles, descriptions, and prices.
3. Manage customer orders, order processing, packaging coordination, and dispatch.
4. Monitor inventory and stock availability.
5. Handle customer queries, complaints, returns, and refunds.
6. Monitor product ratings, reviews, and seller account performance.
7. Coordinate with the packing, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
8. Track sales reports, product performance, and order cancellations.
9. Work on product promotions, discounts, and online sales growth.
10. Maintain daily sales, order, return, and inventory reports.

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho seller panels.
• Knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
• Basic Excel and reporting skills.
• Understanding of online order processing, returns, and inventory management.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate. Candidates with relevant e-commerce experience will be preferred.

Salary

As per experience, skills, and company policy.
