Dynatrace & Datadog Monitoring Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain monitoring solutions using Dynatrace and Datadog tools to ensure optimal performance of IT infrastructure.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize system availability, scalability, and reliability.
  
• Develop custom dashboards and alerts in both platforms to provide real-time visibility into system health and performance metrics.
  
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, network latency, and server resource utilization.
  
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for monitoring tool configuration, data analysis, and incident management.
