Location - Bangalore

• Role Description • Hands-on experience with Dynatrace – both Managed and SaaS environments
• • Strong understanding of observability solutions (metrics, logs, traces, synthetic monitoring, alerting)
• • Familiarity with YAML-based configuration files • Awareness of change management / ITSM processes • Working knowledge of Jira for task tracking Daily Responsibilities
• • Review the list of use cases assigned per application that need to be configured or improved.
• • Assess existing monitoring setup for each application and identify improvement areas.
• • Implement improvements, including:
• ◦ Adjusting/tuning alert thresholds
• ◦ Creating custom metrics ◦ Drafting YAML files for log monitoring
• ◦ Drafting YAML files for synthetic HTTP monitors
• • Share prepared YAML files with the SRE team for deployment (self-serve model).
• • Raise a request to EMAS for any configuration task outside your permitted access scope.
• • Track and update all assigned use cases in Jira (see Jira Workflow section).
