Position: Dynatrace Administrator
Experience: 6-8 Years
Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Dynatrace monitoring platform.
• Monitor application, infrastructure, and cloud environment performance.
• Configure dashboards, alerts, reports, and service monitoring.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM and CI/CD tools where required.
• Support incident, problem, and availability management processes.
• Work closely with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to optimize performance.
• Ensure platform health, agent deployments, and monitoring coverage across environments.

Required Skills:

• 6-8 years of IT experience with hands-on experience in Dynatrace Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) concepts.
• Experience in Dynatrace OneAgent deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in dashboards, custom metrics, alerting, and reporting.
• Good understanding of Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms.
• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and automation scripts is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• ITIL process knowledge and production support experience.
