Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

• Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc. only
• Location: Mumbai (Navi Mumbai Belapur / Seawoods)
• Willing to work from Customer Location (Belapur / Seawoods)
• 5 days Work from Office with alternate weekend support as per banking industry requirements
• Strong 24x7 ownership and support mindset
• EPFO service history and supporting employment documents for the last 5 years (mandatory for BGV)
• Candidate experience must be within the specified experience range only

While confirming your interview, kindly ensure if you Understand Dynatrace architecture ,One agent installation for Windows and Non-windows servers , Management zone ,request attributes , Key requests , activity during the maintenance windows ,calculative metrics ,problem notifications, and alerting profile.

Note:

• This role requires **hands-on configuration & Troubleshooting expertise**.
• Profiles limited to monitoring, alert handling, or L1 support may not align with this requirement.
• Hands-on experience in Dynatrace administration, including configuration, troubleshooting, and tracing will be the primary screening parameters.
• Dynatrace end users will not fly for this need.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing L1/L2/L3 support in dynatrace all activities.
• End2End knowledge on dynatrace implementation.
• At least one PoC should have hands on experience.
• Should have strong in any one of the cloud implementations.
• Expertise in Configure the Process and Service detection rules.
• Easy to adapt new configurations based on the customer requirements.
• Ability to understand and map key problem areas basis the explanation given by the customer.
• Good to have dynatrace certification.
• Should have strong knowledge in all dynatrace services and functionalities.
• Expertise in problem solving within the deadlines without impact to the customer.
• Expertise in raising support tickets and follow-up's, and connecting with dynatrace supporting people.
• Always fulfill the customer requirements.
• Articulate how APM will help the customer transform his current approach of problem solving.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be a team player.
• Application architecture and Business impact of downtime.
• Preparing the monthly shift roaster and manage the team members.
• Dynatrace integrations to any ITSM tool.
• Knowledge in Synthetic Monitoring Concept and implementation.
• Experience in performing application performance analysis.
• Strong knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Strong knowledge on UNIX commands.
