Dynamics 365 SCM Functional- Senior Associate

Required

•5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 as an implementation consultant.
•At least 2 full life cycle implementations or 3+ years in a Dynamics 365 F&O support/AMS role in Supply Chain Management modules
•Experience supporting or implementing Dynamics 365 F&O in the Supply Chain Management Modules.
•Experience working with Azure DevOps and/or ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Desk
•Self-motivated and able to perform duties under minimal supervision.
•Ability to write reports, business correspondence, SOPs, and procedure manuals.
•Ability to conduct user training sessions.
•Comfortable managing concurrent support requests across ticket priorities (P1P4) and working within SLA-bound timelines
•Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 will be a plus.
