About this role
Role Summary
We are seeking Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Engineers to design, develop and support Dynamics 365 solutions powering field services, operational workflows and customer journeys.
This is a multi-hire opportunity aligned with a growing Dynamics 365 Field Service landscape, requiring strong hands-on expertise across Power Platform.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, delivery-focused and comfortable collaborating across cross-functional engineering teams in an Agile environment.environment.
Role & responsibilities
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet evolving business requirements
- Design and tailor workflows and business processes to optimize operational efficiency
- Build Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
- Implement and support Dynamics 365 Field Service capabilities
- Administer Dynamics 365 environments including security, access and configuration
- Manage release planning and coordinate deployments across environments
- Support production operations, incident resolution and platform stability
- Develop and maintain APIs to enable robust system integrations
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture and QA teams within an Agile delivery framework
