Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled

Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong expertise in

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, .NET technologies, and Azure integrations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable CRM solutions while leveraging modern Microsoft technologies, automation frameworks, and emerging AI capabilities such as

Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI .

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions on

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM .

• Develop and enhance CRM functionalities using

Plugins, Custom Workflows, JavaScript, C#, and .NET .

• Build and configure applications using

Power Apps and automate business processes through

Power Automate .

• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using

REST APIs, SOAP services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management .

• Work extensively with

Dataverse (Common Data Service) for data modeling, management, and security.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable CRM solutions.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Implement and support

CI/CD pipelines , release management, and DevOps best practices.

• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Explore and contribute to

Copilot, Generative AI, and intelligent automation use cases within enterprise applications.

• Work effectively within

Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills :

• Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.
• Development of Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure integration services.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
• Knowledge of data migration, synchronization, and CRM solution deployment.
• Familiarity with source control tools and automated deployment pipelines.

Good-to-Have Skills :

• Exposure to

Microsoft Copilot and

Generative AI implementations.

• Experience in

Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain.

• Knowledge of

Power BI dashboards and reporting integrations.

• Experience with

Azure DevOps, Git, and automation pipelines .

• Understanding of enterprise security models, governance, compliance, and access management.
• Exposure to AI-driven business process automation and intelligent CRM solutions.
