Dynamic CRM 365 Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Power Platform, and Azure integration services. This role involves defining solution architecture, providing technical leadership, and ensuring best practices across implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Define architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Lead solution design workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Create high-level and low-level design documents (HLD/LLD).

D365 CRM & Power Platform

• Architect solutions across:
• Dynamics 365 Sales
• Customer Service
• Field Service
• Marketing/Customer Insights
• Design data models, security models, business process flows, and automation solutions.
• Leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for business process transformation.

Integration & Technical Leadership

• Design integrations with external systems using:
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure Functions
• Service Bus
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Dataverse
• Architect enterprise integration patterns and data migration strategies.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams and conduct code reviews.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and delivery teams.
• Present architecture recommendations and solution roadmaps to leadership.
• Drive estimation, project planning, risk assessment, and technical governance.
