The role is responsible for managing laboratory equipment, calibration, test records, and quality assurance activities to support compliance with ISO/NABL/OPGW requirements. Additionally, the position contributes to continuous improvement, corrective actions and audit support.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree with 5-10 years of experience in testing laboratory, quality assurance, or product testing environment, NPD support (OFC/OPGW preferred). Knowledge of IMS standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, IEC 17025, NABL accreditation) and audit processes.
- Experience in handling calibration systems, vendor development, and third-party inspections.
- Proficiency in quality measurement tools related to OFC, OPGW, FRP & IGFR, NABL activities coordination and communication skills.
Competencies
- Leadership in driving quality improvement initiatives and audit compliance, Accountability and ownership NABL related quality documentation.
