Dy. Manager - R&D (Protein Purification)

Role & responsibilities :

• To deliver the required conjugate and coated beads stocks for specified Projects as per production timelines.
• To carry out HRP conjugations and Biotinylations for specified Projects at Production scale.
• To carry out magbeads coating for specified Projects at Production scale.
• To handle chromatography and membrane filtration techniques.
• To maintain the raw materials, stock conjuagtes and documents .
• Prepare documents like SOPs, MFR, BMR, test license and manufacturing license.
• Guide the team correctly for any Purification and Bio-conjugation related activities.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Expertise in handling Proteins and Downstream processing techniques.
• Hands on experience in handling Chromatography columns, HPLC and membrane separations.
• Worked extensively on bio-conjugations and magbeads coating.
