Dy. Manager/ Manager Sales & Marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the ATP Sales, Marketing and Business Development in West India (Maharashtra/ Daman/ MP) and achieve the business plan of the Company
• Negotiate/Contract Management with Customers, Distributors/Traders and ensure time-bound completion of assignments
• Ownership of Complete Customer Interface, Product Management, 4P, Logistics, Customer Satisfaction Index and Ensure growth on all the three Matrices of Retain, Grow and Gain
• Management of Corporate Accounts through a Team of Key Account Managers, Sales Managers and Review Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual performance.
• Implement Go to Market strategy and participate in Events, Conferences, Webinars and thereafter Training the Team on monthly basis to create future leaders
• Develop excellent relationship at all levels and formulate strategies for Tier-1 & 2 customers
• Doing Market Research, Competitive Analysis, Heat Mapping with Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills,
• Excellent Grooming, Soft Skills, Team Management and Leadership
• Key Minerals to deal: Calcium Carbonate, Dolomite, Titanium dioxide, Barytes, Wollastonite etc.,

Professional Qualification & Experience:

• Candidate should have around 10-12 years of relevant experience preferably in Industrial Minerals catering to Filler Masterbatches, PVC Compounding, Breathable films, Paper and Hygiene Segments.
• Professionally Qualified with Techno-Commercial acumen
• Innovative, Out-of-the-Box Thinker, Risk Taker with highest level of Honesty, Punctuality and Ethics
• Candidates from Polymer Resins, Speciality Chemicals and Polymer Additives Industries are preferable
