Automotive tier 1 Industries - With knowledge on Machining, Press shop, Facrication. Press tools etc. Autocad drawing knowledge, Layout drawing knowledge is must

Required Skill Set

Industrial automation, robotics, knowledge of PLC programming (like Rockwell, Siemens, or Fanuc) and electrical schematics.

Project timeline, budget preparation / monitoring, resource allocation, and risk assessment.

Job Description / Responsibilities

To manage end to end automation projects from identification, evaluation, execution and to commisioning.

To coordinate between Mainteanance, Production and Quality function to establish the process,

Lean manufacturing and cycle-time reduction initiatives across the plant.

To arrive standards, safety guidelines, and quality assurance protocols for automation system / equipment.

To monitor the metrics to ensure efficiency gains, ROI, and continuous improvement.
