- Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Develop, monitor, and improve maintenance systems, schedules, and performance analysis for continuous improvement.
- Analyze recurring equipment failures and implement breakdown reduction strategies through predictive and preventive maintenance practices.
- Utilize SAP (PM) for maintenance planning, work order management, spare parts inventory, equipment history, and reporting.
- Maintenance Budget Planning & tracking
- Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency while maintaining equipment performance and safety
- Manage Key maintenance KPI like Breakdown %,MTTR, MTBF, Maintenance cost, energy cost, fuel cost,
- Local vendor development for existing spares.
