Role & responsibilities

• Handling day-to-day banking operations, including banking transactions, documentation and coordination with banks.
• Handling and monitoring of vendor payments, including payment processing and related follow-ups.
• Preparation and maintenance of MIS reports with good knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance, including understanding of ledgers, debit/credit, bank reconciliation and payment accounting.
• Good coordination skills for interaction with internal departments, vendors and banks.
• Ability to independently manage routine banking and payment-related activities within defined timelines.
