Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. You will be responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring the best talent to help our company grow. A successful recruiter in this role will blend creative sourcing techniques with a professional, candidate-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiting / Screening the Senior Mind Level Candidates as per Project Requirements.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and succession planning.
• Ensure an efficient and inclusive hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.
• Managing pre-joining formalities, end to end on boarding and co-ordination for induction program for new employees.
• Responsibility in Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Increment Letter, Promotion Letter & relieving Letter.
