Summary /Purpose of the role

• Support to RO / Customer in preparing and submitting the Techno commercial offer.
• Support to RO in new business development.
• Product / Accessories development and standardization as per market requirement. Key Responsibilities
• Studying the customer specifications in Tender / enquiries.
• Selecting the appropriate pump along with construction and material.
• Coordination with various cross functions like Engineering, Quality assurance, Costing / Industrial Engineering team, Procurement and Finance during offer making.
• Floating enquiries for Major bought outs like Electric Motors, Diesel Engines, Turbines, Mechanical seal, instruments etc.
• Preparing detailed Techno commercial offer and submitting within required timeline.
• Studying and replying to Technical queries raised by customer during pre-bid stage.
• Attending negotiations whenever needed.
• Involvement in post order activity like Kick off meeting and order transfer meetings with customer and project manager.
• Participating in AOP activities.
