Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage AR billing, credit risk management, revenue assurance, working capital management, and collection management for the organization.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debts.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve overall financial performance.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a high level of transparency in all financial transactions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 20-27 years of experience in finance & accounts role with expertise in AR billing, credit risk management, revenue assurance, working capital management, and collection management.
  
• CA qualification from any specialization; ICFR certification preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
