Job Summary

Designation: Dy. Financial Controller ( Cost & Works)

Location: West Africa

Responsibilities

• To prepare and update data for site wise/ job wise costs and analysis
• Preparation of budget vs. expenses report - project wise
• Reconciliation of Certifications and proper documentation for posting in accounts
• Reconciliation of Cost data ( Budget data ) with financial data
• Preparation of monthly report project wise for management ( Expenses, milestones achieved, Work Certified/ uncertified etc with the help of relevant project departments)
• Calculation Work in Progress at the end of year from financial records
• Participating in physical verification of stores
• Participation in Cost control committee
• Any other job assigned by Superiors

Experience

The person should have experience of working with a construction company for minimum 5 years with an overall experience of 10 to 12 years
