DWS Client Engineering

Role & responsibilities

• We are seeking an experienced Client Engineering Professional with 6-8 years of experience in Digital Workplace Services (DWS), End User Computing (EUC), Modern Workplace, and endpoint management. The candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, managing, and supporting enterprise endpoint environments while ensuring seamless end-user experience, security, and operational excellence.
• Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support enterprise endpoint infrastructure including desktops, laptops, and virtual workstations.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, and endpoint management solutions.
• Design and deploy Windows 10/11 operating system builds and upgrade solutions.
• Manage device provisioning, software packaging, patch management, and compliance policies.
• Implement endpoint security controls using Microsoft Defender and security best practices.
• Support device lifecycle management including onboarding, refresh, and decommissioning.
• Troubleshoot complex desktop, application, and mobility-related issues.
• Manage Group Policies, Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and endpoint configurations.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Monitor endpoint health, performance, and compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and service desk teams for issue resolution.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Required Skills
• 6-8 years of experience in End User Computing / Client Engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Microsoft Intune
• SCCM / MECM
• Windows 10/11 Administration
• Windows Autopilot
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Group Policy Management
• BitLocker
• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

• Device Lifecycle Management
• Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, mobility, and workplace technologies.
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with VMware Workspace ONE or Citrix.
• Knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM processes.
• Certifications (Preferred)
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
