Position : Duty Officer

Reporting : Duty manager/cinema manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise overall cinema operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure movie shows start and end on time.
• Coordinate with Box Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Projection teams.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the cinema.
• Conduct pre-opening and closing checks.
• Supervise staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
• Ensure all POS systems and equipment are functioning properly.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate issues to the Cinema Manager.
• Support sales and promotional activities to improve guest satisfaction and revenue.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
• 24 years of experience in cinema, hospitality, retail, or QSR operations is preferred.
• Freshers with strong leadership and communication skills may also be considered, depending on the employer.
