Job Description Floor Supervisor

Department: Cinema Operations
Reporting To: Cinema Manager
Experience: 24 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day cinema operations.
• Supervise floor staff and manage shift duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure auditoriums are clean and ready before every show.
• Coordinate with Box Office, F&B, Projection, and Housekeeping teams.
• Support ticket and F&B sales through upselling.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
• Assist with cash handling and report any discrepancies.

Qualification
