About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry and proficiency in SQL. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, ensure delivery of high-quality insurance solutions and data migration activities. Experience in policy data migration projects will be a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain.
• At least 5+ years of direct experience working with Policy, Billing and Claims systems and processes.
• Deep understanding of P&C insurance products, terminology, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Experience in Duck Creek or Guidewire Policy and Billing Center or similar insurance platforms is a plus.
• Experience with policy data migration projects is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Insurance, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• Insurance certifications (such as AINS, CPCU, or equivalent) are a plus.
