Job Description:

• Several years of experience developing and implementing Duck Creek Agency Distribution Management (DCOD) solutions across multiple modules, including Agency Onboarding, Background Check, NIPR Integration, Agency Termination, Agency Functions, Reports, Templates, and Workflow Enhancements through XML-based configuration. Experienced in designing and customizing HTML pages to support client-specific business requirements and functionality.
• Several years of experience working extensively with Microsoft SQL Server, including designing, developing, and modifying database tables, views, and stored procedures to process XML data, support system integrations, and meet customized business and client requirements.
• Hands-on experience managing application support and deployment activities within the Duck Creek platform, including creating and tracking ServiceNow tickets, coordinating release deployments, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring successful implementation of system changes.
• Several years of experience supporting Duck Creek Agency Distribution Management (DCOD) DMS upgrades, actively participating in upgrade planning, analysis, testing, and implementation activities for both maintenance releases and major version upgrades. Proven ability to ensure smooth deployments, system stability, and minimal business disruption throughout the upgrade lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product owners, infrastructure teams, and vendors, to deliver scalable Duck Creek solutions and drive continuous process improvements.
