Dtp Operator

We are looking for a skilled DTP Operator responsible for creating, formatting, designing, and preparing documents and visual materials for print and digital use. The candidate should have strong knowledge of desktop publishing software, good attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and format brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters, certificates, notices, invitations, and other communication materials.
• Prepare layouts and artwork as per organizational requirements and brand guidelines.
• Work on text formatting, image placement, page layout, typography, and color correction.
• Create and edit artwork using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar software.
• Convert and prepare files in appropriate formats for printing and digital publishing.
• Check artwork for spelling, alignment, sizing, margins, resolution, and other technical requirements before finalization.
• Coordinate with the HR, Marketing, Admissions, Academic, and other departments for design requirements.
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
• Maintain organized files, templates, artwork, and design assets.
• Coordinate with printing vendors and support the printing process when required.
• Ensure consistency with the organization's branding, fonts, colors, and visual standards.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma / Certification in Graphic Design, DTP, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3- 5 years of relevant experience as a DTP Operator / Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW.
• Good knowledge of typography, page layout, image editing, and print production.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within tight deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience in an educational institution, publishing, advertising, or corporate environment.
• Knowledge of both print and digital design requirements.
• Basic understanding of social media creatives and digital marketing materials.
