Role & responsibilities

• Purely fieldbased sales role
• Lead generation through cold calling, doortodoor meetings, and sales activities
• Meeting customers personally and explaining product offerings
• Regular followups to convert leads into confirmed sales
• Customer onboarding and assistance with product activation
• Achieving assigned monthly sales targets

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Telecom preferred)
• Education: Minimum 10th Standard / Diploma
• Skill Set:
• Field sales / Direct sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Targetdriven and selfmotivated
• Knowledge of sales techniques and pipeline handling
