DSA Manager - Team Lead

Position: Manager / Senior Manager Business Development (DSA Loans)

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional to drive business development in DSA Loans, including Housing Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, Personal Loans and Working Capital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development, loan sourcing and revenue generation.
• Build relationships with builders, CAs, DSAs and referral partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned targets.
• Lead and manage a team of 2–3 business executives.

Eligibility:

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in DSA Loans / Loan Sales / Business Development.
• Qualification: MBA (Marketing & Finance), MS Finance, CA, or Commerce graduate with relevant experience.
• Good understanding of the DSA Loans business and strong networking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
