Drupal Project manager

Seekinga Drupal CMS professional with strong experience across current Drupal releases, custom development, enterprise architecture, site building, administration, testing, performance tuning, and delivery coordination. The role emphasizes hands-on development in Drupal 10 and Drupal 11, with earlier-version knowledge useful for migration and legacy-system support.

Required Drupal Expertise

Candidates are expected to:

• Develop custom Drupal modules and themes and configure and manage multisite and multilingual web applications.
• Use Drupal development and collaboration tools, particularly Drush, Composer, and Git.
• Develop web solutions using the latest Drupal version and PHP in a LAMP environment.
• Build enterprise Drupal solutions covering data architecture, displayarchitecture, and information architecture.
• Apply advanced site-building skills and demonstrate deep familiarity with CTools, Views, Paragraph, and Panels.
• Create custom modules and themes, configure SSO, and build subthemes from contributed themes such as Bootstrap, AdaptiveTheme, and Classy.
• Build responsive websites using Drupal CMS, HTML or HTML5, CSS or CSS3, and JavaScript or jQuery.
• Work with PHP files, theme functions, and the Drupal theme layer. [ref](p:13]
• Perform theme development, Drupal administration, and performance tuning, with most experience focused on Drupal modules, themes, and APIs.

Preferred Qualifications

Acquia Drupal certification is preferred and is described as an added advantage. Contributions to the Drupal community are also desirable, with preference given to candidates whose Drupal.org profiles demonstrate active community participation.

Delivery and Development Practices

The role requires a thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, and testing, along with exposure to Agile or iterative delivery methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features and functionalities according to requirements.
• Ensure that development and coding standards are followed strictly.
• Resolve issues arising during project phases such as System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and post-production support.
• Ensure deliverables satisfy all nonfunctional requirements specified by the business.
• Create unit test cases, execute them, and produce reports through manual and automated methods.
• Communicate with clients through status updates, triage calls, and conflict-resolution activities.
• Track and monitor deliverables, timelines, risks, and issues, escalating relevant information to the team lead.
