Job Summary

SLPP Renew LLP is looking for a skilled Draftsman to support our EPC and biogas projects by preparing accurate engineering and technical drawings. The candidate will work closely with Design Engineers, Project Engineers, and Project Managers to develop, modify, and maintain drawings for biogas and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare plant layout, equipment layout, piping layout, and GA drawings.
• Develop detailed drawings based on engineering specifications and project requirements.
• Prepare and update P&ID, PFD, fabrication and installation drawings as required.
• Incorporate revisions and changes based on engineering and site requirements.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams.
• Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, specifications, and completeness.
• Prepare drawings required for fabrication, construction, installation, and site execution.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
• Support site teams with drawing clarifications and updated drawings.
• Ensure drawings are prepared according to project standards and timelines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in EPC, Biogas, Renewable Energy, Industrial Projects, Mechanical, Piping, or Process Plant projects will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in industrial plant layout and piping drawings will have an advantage.

Qualification

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in drafting may be considered based on skills and project exposure.

Experience

2–6 years of relevant experience in drafting/design, preferably in EPC, industrial, biogas, renewable energy, process plant, or mechanical projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawing practices.
• Good understanding of dimensions, layouts, and engineering drawings.
• Ability to interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and site requirements.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to coordinate with project/site teams when required.
