Drafting Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimate and production drawings for residential interior projects using AutoCAD and relevant drafting software.
• Incorporate site masking corrections and issue revised drawings
• Ensure drawings include complete dimensions, annotations, BOM, material specifications, and technical details.
• Conduct quality checks to minimize drafting errors, material wastage, and site rework.
• Coordinate with designers, site engineers, and operations teams to resolve technical queries.
• Maintain company drafting standards, file naming conventions, and revision records.
• Meet project deadlines and contribute to process improvements and drafting documentation.
• Use only company-approved and licensed software and digital tools.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and interior drafting.
• Knowledge of residential interior drawings, materials, joinery, and production detailing.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
