Roles and Responsibility
- Analyze data quality issues and develop solutions to improve program efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality problems.
- Develop and maintain databases to track data quality metrics and trends.
- Create reports and dashboards to visualize data quality performance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase productivity.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical support.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of data quality principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in database management systems and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience working in an employment firm or recruitment services firm is preferred.
