Dot Net Fullstack Developer

Role: Sr Dot Net Full stack Developer/ Lead

Roles & responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable .Net applications using C#, ASP.Net Core, and related technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and support.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the stability and performance of applications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their applicability to Techwave's projects.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Required Skills:

• Experience with ReactJS, Redux and Typescript -Must have
• Experience with Dotnet Core language Must have
• Experience with SQL Server – Must have
• Azure cloud experience - Nice to have
• Azure Functions experience - Nice to Have but not required
• GitHub experience - Nice to Have but not required
